Make It Your Own

As stated above Rooibos Tea is more often than not enjoyed on its own. I enjoy it with hints of lemon (included in blend), but if you can get your hands on some Honeybush, which is indigenous to South Africa, it complements this tea phenomenally.
I also occasionally like to add some orange flavors. It goes well with citrus fruits. I’m including below instructions
On how to brew a bath with this tea believed to leave your skin feeling moisturized, Tight, and Bright.

-Enjoy a rose red bath

First, take about 5 tablespoons of tea and brew a moderate pot of tea for 5-7 minutes (if you have reusable tea bags its okay to use those)

Next, Run a warm bath for yourself making sure the water temperature is comfortable for you to soak in

Add one cup of epsom salt to the bath to dissolve

Add the tea to the bath making sure to strain any particulates if needed

Add a few drops of rose oil or any other essential oil you enjoy

Carefully step into the bath and relax for 15-30 minutes for the herb to work its magic.

Make sure to practice deep breathing and listen to calming music. This should be a therapeutic xperience.

Pat yourself dry and moisturize as usual.
